Otter, Fathom, and Fireflies are first-class — the upload route accepts their plain-text and .vtt exports (mime allow-list: text/plain, text/vtt, text/x-vtt, application/x-subrip, and application/octet-stream). If you do not use one of those, paste the transcript directly into the new-packet form and CallCraft reads it on the same code path. .docx uploads are explicitly rejected at the server, so paste or re-export to .txt / .vtt before uploading.
