CallCraft works from the transcript, not the capture tool — anything that exports to plain text or .vtt feeds the same code path. Otter, Fathom, and Fireflies are first-class: the upload route accepts their text/plain, text/vtt, text/x-vtt, application/x-subrip, and application/octet-stream exports. If you use a different notetaker, paste the transcript directly into the new-packet form and CallCraft reads it identically. .docx uploads are explicitly rejected at the server, so re-export to .txt or .vtt before uploading if your tool defaults to Word.
